Great breakfast spot. The menu is fairly small, but they do have a build your own breakfast section. So, if you don't see something you like you can create it. However, what they do have is really well presented and delicious. I missed the specials board, which was off to the side. That a a few extra options listed. I feel like this is a little gem tucked away from the main drag of Parramatta. Coffee was ok. Not the best, but certainly not the worst. We definitely be back to taste some of the sweets. They look very tasty.

I come here every so often and the service and food quality is variable...On some occasions I've been here and the food had been top notch. Today my poached eggs were way under cooked, I got some bonus eggshell and one big hunk of feta rather than an even distribution.  Do you wonder why the cafe next door is always packed and this one isn't? It's about having consistent quality of food and enough wait staff. I want you guys to do well - so pick up your game in the kitchen, and put on some more staff - the investment will pay dividends!

Been here a few times, its been OK. Last time I went the blond waitress told me how to look after my toddler and asked him to be quite with a shove of a filthy book. Then my meal arrived with no bread, asked if it should come with bread, and said bread was tossed thrown on the table, no explanation, no apology. Plain rude. Good luck with that kind of service.

Delicious food, but I had to wait 45 minutes for my coffee. Seems like they don't have enough staff on a Saturday, which is probably their busiest day. I'm not sure if they read their own reviews to improve as it seems the same complaints apply across the board.

We love the food and coffee here but there's never enough staff and so the wait times are a little long. We finally got our coffees this morning but they were luke warm so we sent them back. The manager is great as is the barista, if only they had a better and larger team around them I think this place could really shine.

Would of had a better meal at mcdonalds. Ordered omellette for breakfast with no cheese and omellette arrived uncooked in the middle. Raw egg and milk mixture leaking out, returned it to the kitchen and it came back exactly the same, I questioned wether they had made a new one, and was told it was simply reheated. I will never return to this cafe and as I work near there I will also be advising all my colleagues to not to bother.

A surprisingly funky cafe in the heart of a grocery floor at the foot of an apartment block. Their cheesecake is out of this world.  Definitely love that you can take a whole cake home or have it served to a large group. Will definitely come back for more!

-Dirty Facility  -Environment is depressing  -Worse customer service  -Food was terrible  -Staff look unorganised  -Coffee was inconsistent  -Not very open, even with outdoor dining  Overall, worst cafe experience would not recommend anyone to try this place out, unless you have something to lose.

I was excited to try this cafe, but it let me down, wont be going back,  today i got a small carrot cake & banana cake, thinking yummy go home & have a nice cup of tea, i was shocked at what i was charged $12.00 so each piece must have been $6 if i could post a photo i would,  if they were freshly made this morning no problem, but it tasted dry & stale like it had been frozen & defrosted, Not worth the $12.00, i would have been happier to go to the Crate cafe near doyle park for that price & had something fresh.. very disappointing.

Great coffee, breakfast selections and desserts that have quality ingredients and generous in size!
