Bounce & Beyond

Love this place. Firstly it is very neat. Looks quite clean too for a place full of little kiddies with grubby little hands... The structures are well maintained. My boys had a blast and were still going 4 hours later when it was time to go home. The food, as you would expect, is nothing fancy but good. Coffee was nice. We went on a Saturday and it was a bit too crowded for my liking. But we still managed to get a table and sit down while kiddies were off playing

So a great place to bounce (though x1 inflatable was down). Arrived with energetic kids planning on having lunch there in the advertised snack bar which advertises as being well stocked. Complete opposite. Nothing in the cabinet (lady said it sold out the day before), not even a muffin or a sandwich in sight. Was going to get a pie that the lady eventually offered they could heat, but no vegetarian options. To add insult to injury a whopping 4% credit card chardge for an average coffee i ordered. We left earlier than planned to find food. Ok i get the snack bar is not their core business, but the advertising on the website makes it sound like it has great options available. Would i return, no way.

Place was not clean, very dirty broken toys. We paid $4 for one of two 9 month old babies and for the second baby they asked to pay $8, and then $4 after we double-checked. Under 2 year old's play area had broken toys, no working batteries - all very old and not functioning. We walked to the first bouncy castle (I think under 4 y.o.) and it looked very old and was quite unpleasant to touch. I am not sure what we paid $4 for.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at bounce and beyond. Premises were extremely clean and tidy which is important with kids jumping about everywhere! Food was a bit average but they made up for it by allowing people to bring their own food, which is awesome! The ladies on were super lovely and great with the kids!

Very hot, would have stayed longer if only they had a few fans around the place to have a little cool down
