DO NOT STAY. Extremely RUDE staff who accused us leaving without paying for the room which was booked and paid on wotif weeks in advance. Would not even bother to check their records and facts before spreading serious accusations. The room was below average. There are plenty of nicer places to stay in Colac with nice staff.

Was told in description when booked there was an airconditioner, rocked up no aircon at all in room. Friends rocked up a couple of hours later who paid less than i did for the room and had a full split cycle. Not impressed, waste of time and money booking ahead

Very good for accommodation considering the towns along Great Ocean Road are all fully booked during hot season.
