Salvatore Gargiulo, owner and head chef, was born near the beautiful port of Sorrento in the south of Italy and has over 35 years of experience in the industry. In this time he has served up a fresh and authentic taste of the mediterranean in restaurants in south London, Spain and now in Brighton Australia.

Very busy lunch service Found that the service was a little slow but the fantastic food made up for the wait. Veal funghi scallopine was so delicious as were the veggies and chip's. Service was very friendly as well.
