They should change their name to lost at the border. It's now 3 days and waiting for a delivery from Sydney that every other transport company can do overnight. These guys make Australia Post look good....

Just got a delivery of goods on a pallet delivered up our very steep long driveway, in a 12 Pallet Truck.  Driver extremely polite - has been with Borders for ten years and said they were the best company to work for - good recommendation!  Helped us move the shipment into its storage place, quickly fixed the paperwork, and carefully drove away, avoiding the neighbors grass for us! And all this after 5pm on a Friday! So much better than most T&L companies!  Thanks guys

they should take the word Express off thier name 5 working days to deliver something that was 1.5hrs drive away What a joke
