Melissa and her team are awesome to deal with. Being an IT guy, unfortunately myself and my team see the effects of cyber crime and fraud first-hand. Having a local bank manager to call upon is amazing. On more than one occasion we have been able to contact Melissa and her team to stop large fraudulent transactions, saving our trusting clients thousands of dollars in losses.
