We have been with BOQ Castletown for the past 15 years. We have received nothing but great personalised support from David and Lisa and their friendly staff. They have an intimate understanding of how small business works and it reflects on their vision and values. That great saying “those at the top of the mountain didn't fall there" is indicative of how conscientious David and Lisa are about their Bank and their customers.
A great bank for small business. Lisa and David have been a huge support in growing our business. The staff support and service is exceptional. Coming from another bank we are amazed at just how personalised their service has been. The overall experience has been so great we have switched all our personal banking to the same bank.
We have transferred all of our banking from a big bank where we were just an account number to BOQ Castletown where we receive personalised service from David, Lisa and the Team. Not only are the team at BOQ Castletown friendly and eager to assist you, they are a locally owned business who support other local community organisations.
We have just secured a Home Loan through BOQ Castletown. They were very receptive to matching other quotes which we had received and offered us the exact type of Mortgage we were looking for at a very reasonable rate. Susan was always available for advice and even helped us with our Buildings Insurance which saved us having to look too hard as her quote was very low. We are looking forward to having any Home Loan Qs answered quickly and information at our fingertips. We will now have a branch we can simply walk into and see someone regarding our mortgage - not like many other co's at the moment where everything is online and impersonal. Wouldn't give me a loan of $2000 because I'm unemployed even though it's not my fault the government banned me from working because I've only had 1 covid vaccine so now I have to live in poverty during a heatwave. Won't be back!
