While the quality of the products here are good, as with the range, I was very disappointed with the service. A friend and I were waiting at the register for the staff member, who was typing on her computer. Assuming she was busy, we allowed her to carry on as we waited. But when a man lined up behind us and she immediately called him up and began to serve him, our entire experience here was ruined. There was no reason for her blatant rudeness.

Mid sized store with a large collection of language education books, dictionaries and course material. A small collection of foreign novels and DVDs. Staff members seemed absent on visit, so service is a bit lacking. Note - Access via basement steps at either end of plaza. If the Fire doors are shut, the store is closed.
