Excellent customer service. 
I bought a book from Book Haven through AbeBooks online a few weeks ago. When it didn't arrive, I sent Book Haven a quick email, which they responded to literally two hours after I sent it, and on a Saturday no less.  Turns out NZ Post had somehow lost my order. Book Haven immediately refunded me the cost of my order, unprompted, while they sort things out with NZ Post. This was very generous and kind of them, especially when they weren't at fault. I'll be doing all my shopping for obscure British political memoirs from Book Haven from now on. You should too!
