When asked for a refund for a product that did not work for the purpose, Jessica declined and became very unpleasant and simply rude. Very bad customer service.

Nice quaint place by VUW. Steep climb makes for good cardio and doable.

Nightmare finding a car park but once your in it's worth it, can grab a coffee and or sit in the foyer and read your new book

So many memories of my uni days, gorgeous books and cafe highly recommend.

Great selection of beautiful books and lots of lovely gifts too. I can always find something perfect like the best-smelling scented candle when I want a present for someone. Also the best coffee and the staff are really knowledgeable.

One of the better places to go to around campus. Range of food and drinks. Staff friendly. You can get a card when you get 10 drinks you get one free. Really nice pastries. Affordable for students. For what it is it’s good.
