It was wonderful, all 3 kids (5, 6 & 7 years old) enjoyed and learned so much from the lesson. The instructor was friendly and explained in simple language for the kids to understand easily. 2 ponies were used to suit different sizes of kids. I would say this activity is not to miss.

I love spending time at this wonderful place every week! Both my daughter and I adore the horses, atmosphere and fantastic staff!!!!

My six and eight year old grandchildren attended the Horse Play Day during the holidays. The Riding School is in a beautiful location. We were greeted by friendly staff who introduced us around, giving individual instruction before heading off. It was equally impressive with their diligence to both the safety of the riders as well as the horses, giving a strong sense of security. The horses were well groomed and obviously looked after. The ride began with basic commands - adding confidence in the saddle. The horses were beautifully behaved and responsibe. Jack and Abbey enjoyed it immensely and are looking forward to their next visit.

Highly recommend taking your little ones for a "Giddy up" class. My two nieces enjoyed this and has asked me to take them back to Bonogin Valley Horse Retreat in their next visit to Gold Coast. Total fun day with close interaction under the expert eye of Debbie.

I recently took my grandson for a one hour private lesson which, compared to the same lesson at an interstate riding school, was excellent value for money. Debbie and her staff were very welcoming and professional. Debbie provided my grandson with specific instruction, not just on riding, but the all important relationship between horse and rider. He loved it so much he is looking forward to further lessons. Thanks Debbie and the wonderful team for a fabulous experience.
