I Attended the Boland Funerals Xmas candle lighting memorial service. It was a lovely service to reflect on my dad. The staff at Bolands did a lovely job to create a great atmosphere. Thankyou

Awfull service. Came to see JP. For my questions she answered that she could find it on the internet but she doesn't want to waste time for things like that. I understand that someone has a bad day but in this case the lady was just rude.

My father passed away 1 March & they recieved instructions on the 3rd yet made no attempt to contact me, even though the care home he was in had my email address it is now the 7th and still no communication, so any chance I had of flying out from UK is gone.
