If I could give this place 10 stars I would, I’ve had trust issues with hairdressers in the past, so I’ve been DIYing and damaging my hair for quite sometime. I was recommended this place by a colleague of mine and I was not disappointed, I am willing to travel the 2 hours to get to them. Hayley R, you are a magician, I don’t know how you fixed my messed up, stripey, orange and damaged hair but you did. I honestly cannot find the words to express my gratitude and appreciation to all the lovely ladies who looked after me. Wow! Found this great deal on this shampoo I have recently discovered. Ordered a shampoo pack late on Friday afternoon and now Monday morning, my shampoo pack has already been delivered. Really lovely staff. Had to have just a wash today and they looked after me so well. They were really careful and went out of their way to ensure my comfort due to recent surgery which is why I can't wash my hair myself at the moment! So reasonably priced for the service. Thank you!
Wonderful, kind and polite staff, if you are there sunday, ask for Mark. He's been a hairdresser for 15 years and it shows. He did a wonderful job with my pixie hair cut not current photo and could give me a proper explanation for my severe dandruff and how to get rid of it. Thank you again, I walked out of there with my hair feeling so soft and my scalp so clean, made my day! :

Highly aggressive hairdressers! Such a painful experience and woman avoided apologising when she struck my bare eye with a metal hairbrush. During the hair cut she repeatedly yanked my hair which I verbalised was painful to which she apologised very rudely. Would not reccomend.
I've been going to this hair dresser for a few years and have always had excellent results. Staff are friendly and prices reasonable. Good, central location in St Ives shopping village.
Great customer service and they do a lovely job with my daughter's gymnastics bun whenever we need them to.
