I tried the "What's your biological age?" test and found it quite insightful. Got to know my body fat percentage, water content, visceral fat etc and biological age. Haven't joined the programme (didn't need to thankfully) but heard they have a nutrition, fitness and physio combo to reduce your biological age. Try it for yourself!

I booked into Alex following a knee Injury and I am a new patient.  I have had several appointments and Alex is brilliant.  Excellent treatment, outcome and he is so personable.  I will definitely be recommending Alex to any friends and colleagues in the future.  He will certainly be my first point of contact should I have any injuries in the future.

I came to BodyFit with my lower back pain, and was seen by Irene, who is sadly no longer with BodyFit. She was amazing, and got straight to the route of the problem. Together with Alex, they made a great team. Very thorough in their examination, and gave you a lot of time. Even following up with me via email and phone to make sure I was okay.

Amazing service and highly recommended!

I faced professional staff and great care of the patients over there. Lack of space in the office is a draw back.
