Left rather disappointed, not worth the price or time. Advertised pregnancy massage, however staff do not seem trained in this. NOT RECOMMENDED IF YOU ARE PREGNANT. Things that made this a 1-star in comparison to my usual place: DO NOT PUT SOMEONE AT 40 WEEKS PREGNANT ON THEIR BACK - WHAT ARE YOU THINKING?! The old fashioned irrelevant write up prior to massage (my usual provider does this as a 1 to 1 chat using a tablet to add notes). The playing of 'pop' music rather than relaxation music (do I really need to be asked what music I'd like? clearly not pop). The bright room and lighting which was not dimmed, nor was there an eye mask. The lack of cosy towels/blankets. Asking the lengthy questioning about what oil I'd prefer (If I state I don't have allergies this isn't necessary, I trust that you are using a suitable product?). The massage itself was average, she did not seem to target or identify any areas. Stating that my ribs were tight - probably the least problematic area... I refused to lie on my back, thus she did seem prepared to offer a massage on the side, and clearly did not know the technique, nor know how to make me comfortable in that position. The only positive was that she was a kind person.
