I did lots of research on treatments, visited many clinics and spoke with many specialists before making a decision on which treatment was best suited to me, my body and my needs. Wow! How good is fat freezing?! I am fit and healthy so was reluctant to get it done as I ahem always been a strong believer that you have to work for it. But it did not matter how much exercise I did or how well I ate, I could not shift fat from my love handles. So I decided to give it a go as the girls at Body Catalyst made me feel comfortable and seemed like experts. 6 weeks later I started seeing my love handles go! I am now 10 weeks in and have lost 3cm from love handles. Finally! Thank you Body Catalyst

I feel amazing thanks to the awesome girls at Body Catalyst. I did cryolipoysis on my inner and outer thighs. My chunky legs have always been an issue for me and it affected my confidence. After a couple of treatments on these areas, I can see a big difference and I can finally fit into some old clothes I have been avoiding trying on. Not only does the treatment work incredibly well, but Sandra and Bernie were so professional and made me feel totally at ease. Thank you!!

My experience at Body Catalyst Melbourne was great. My main concern was my post-baby body and I was looking for a safe and effective non-surgical option as I am limited in time. The cryolipolysis (fat freezing) treatment worked wonders. I saw the results after 8-9 weeks and was very pleased with it. Also, the team supported me with nutritional and lifestyle advice, which was a big bonus in my busy lifestyle, juggling being a mum, full-time work and having a social life.
I would recommend Body Catalyst to everyone who's looking for fast and effective fat reduction treatment.

I am a Mum of 4 kids and dont get any time to myself, let alone to exercise. I needed some help returning to my prebaby body, so I visited Body Catalyst and we did cryo on my stomach followed by skin tightening sessions. I am so happy with the results, and I feel good about myself again. Thank you Body Catalyst team
