I went to Body Applications for the first time to see one of the physios for a massage due to extreme pain in my shoulder and neck. I have seen many physios previously at different practices and always walk away pain free after a massage. However as Body applications was a Bupa preferred practice I chose to try them. The Physio I saw at Body Applications softly massaged me for maximum 10 minutes, did not hit any pressure points or massage me where the pain actually was even though I told her several times ( This is where the pain is, Can you please massage harder ) did not do any stretching or give me any advice. I was extremely upset when I left as I was still in extreme pain and disappointed I waited over a week for that appointment. I will never go to this practice again nor refer it to anyone. The physio was extremely unprofessional and had no idea what she was doing.

Excellent service. Mark is very experienced. I've now been to him for 2 issues, shoulder and hip, and both times he's been able to fix the problems. I highly recommend him.

Mark is very good. I feel better after the treatment.

Dont waste your money. They charged me when it should have been a free consult for pilates sessions. The consult was only 30 mins and i was shown a few stretches.

Good quality! Runs on time, knows their stuff, easy to deal with & not expensive. Would recommend!
