Super delicious fresh seafood. The service was great too. Really enjoyed the whiting, rice and salad, calamari and grilled prawns. Would probably give the crab a miss because it was hard to eat at a restaurant.
Restaurant with clearly marine colors, tables not exactly clean but acceptable, the background music is quite pleasant. The salmon was really good while the fish flake was not that tasty. The portions are generous and the value for money is good. Really nice staff.
Was super busy, even for a Tuesday night. Not sure if it's cause of the holidays or it's always this insane. Can be loud, so if you're trying to have a chat, not ideal. However, food is delicious, loved everything we tried. Just wish the oysters were cheaper, think I needed 48 for myself instead of the dozen I had. Would eat again.
Edit: This place is the best place to eat seafood in all of Melbourne. Period. But today we had a regrettable experience. Changing the review rating from 5 to 3 stars because of poor service. Probs my cousin and I’s first karen moment, but we just kindly requested for brown rice, but were served white. We just wanted our rice switched. No attempt to compensate us for the convenience was performed, which made us feel at fault.
One of the places I missed a lot when I was overseas. I am back in Melbourne now for 10 days and have eaten four times at Blu. Great quality, big portions for a bargain price. Very friendly stuff as well. Thanks for everything guys!

Love coming here. From healthy grilled options to deep fried goodness. Fresh ingredients and awesome flavours. If you want a place to go to in Co rug, here is the spot.
My local seafood restaurant I am never disappointed when I come and eat here, depending on what you get my meals always arrive at my table 10/10 if you ever drive by this place come in and give them a try just a heads up they can be busy at times so don't get discouraged.
