Absolutely disgusted at the unprofessional nature of Jo and Travis from the Wellard Blue Wheelers. I had a booking on Tuesday at 11am. Not only did they not turn up, I didn't receive any notification they weren't turning up and no correspondence after for any apology or offer to rebook. I sat around waiting 4 hours for some type of communication with nothing. Total lack of respect for the value of other peoples time and their pets.

Jo an Travis an amazing an very professional at what they do, washing my gorgeous boy Kaos an with our personal requests to change times they are always willing an accomodating.. Would definitely recommend these guys.

Travis is Absolutely the best very professional and knew exactly what to do and how to work with my dog she's a handful couldn't ask for better

Lovely kind and caring give your pets full attention
