Walking past it looked like a nice place to stop and eat for dinner. It wasn’t busy and had high chairs for our 14 month old. Although after taking a seat, the customer service was pretty bad. No one greeted us or offered to grab a high chair, I had to go find one myself. No one explained how we had to order as there were no menus and you had to use your phone. After ordering a chicken burger and a club sandwich for dinner, we waited roughly 20 minutes for our food to arrive. Once it did, both my wife’s chips and mine were room temperature and the fried chicken in my burger was cold! Checked the middle of the burger, still cold. Ended up taking it back and getting a refund. Wasn’t worth the wait for another one, especially with a 14 month old getting bored of being in a high chair. What topped it off was the sign I saw in my way out pictured. If you have to bribe your customers to give you a five start review, you don’t deserve one.
Good and bad points. Good: the fish was yum, fresh and well cooked. Friendly service which was appreciated. We were made to feel welcome, as a family with 2 young kids that's a nice feeling so thank you to the staff. Bad: the chips were barely warm, which was weird as the fish was fresh and hot. We asked if there is meant to be sauce with the calamari and were told no, but on the menu it's meant to be with aioli. Overall, it was good. Room for improvement though.
I have to say that the service particularly by Donna is exceptional. I would suggest to the owners that she be made manager as this position is unfilled at the moment. She has a great rapport with customers and I will definitely continue to go there.
Make sure you have a couple of hours spare when coming to visit this place, The Meals come out one at a time with half hour gaps. Thought we'd go out and eat together but i guess that didn't happen, 2 hours later, still here. Not impressed with the chef either as when i went up to complain he glared at me the whole time i was standing there. The menu changes to often and the price has gone up. This is no longer worth it. Looks like we will have to find somewhere else to eat regularly.
Nice location & breeze in the outdoors setting. Relaxing atmosphere with guests going about their day. Friendly and helpful staff. This is my second time here ordering the same meal and the quality of the meal hasn’t changed. Recommend this eatery as a place to visit if your in the area. Thanks guys..

Have been coming here for 3 years on hol. Meals were 5 star but last week we came twice 1st meal was overcooked and 2nd night meal was burnt on 1 side.rude waitress with attitude and no air conditioning.we were a table of 11 so very unimpressed
Had a great vegan burger and surf and turf cooked perfectly, amazing service from Donna too!!
We just ate here for lunch I had the fried chicken burger which was stone cold so was the bacon inside, wrong bun aswell was supposed to be a soft bun but it was in a crusty role also no cheese. The arancini balls my wife had were not to bad, overall disappointing dont waste your money or time, also toilets need a deep clean DISGUSTING.
Had a crew having a few beers then was told no more drinks served at our table. Young lady thought she owned the place. Won’t come me back. Odd attitude for a staff member hired to increase revenue.
