Paid for an hours massage & only received 45 mins. It was also a below average massage & wasnt worth $95 at all. Complained to the receptionist & they just argued with me, no offer of refund for the extra 15 I paid for & never received. Considering I have had a good experience a few months ago, this has turned me completely off. I wont be back. Disappointed.

I also provided my contact details so the owner could call me to discuss, but as you can see from the generic response below, they couldn't care less. I haven't received a call or email. This place is a scam

My experience didn't match the other reviewers. When you go in, you may notice signs posted everywhere about the 10 minute time limit to raise any issues. That should have been a warning! I went for a massage 5pm on a Sunday, after a busy day, and my masseuse was clearly tired. He started with a brief stand on my legs, then went straight into twin elbows either side of my back for 20 mins. That's a great technique when executed well, but it was like he had seen someone do it, but without understanding  the underlying muscles. When he moved on to my arm, it was clear I was going to get more if the same, so I asked the massage to stop. Lovely guy - but little English, so stressful for him, and then the whole business got involved. Quite the pantomime - but at this stage everyone got worked up and I just wanted out. To their credit, they offered a full refund which was unnecessary and generous, but as the other reviewers noted, they charge above the odds for the area, so disappointing they didn't live up to the hype.

Had seen a few of the reviews here and wasn’t that sure just before 
Both my wife and I had remedial massages here 
It’s not the cheapest but the venue, staff and the actual massage were great 
Great deep tissue and we both felt great afters
Their ginger tea was also a sweet and warm treat afters

I always had a great massage here so the price is just worth it.
Staff is always attentive and friendly.
The quality of service is the same no matter who you book with.
Really impressive.

I had a remedial massage from Ying. Definitely recommend! She is lovely and has magic hands. Very strong and intuitive.
