I did a lot of on-line looking before making my decision to purchase our retractable screens with Rolling Shield. But when i walked into the factory and showroom i knew they were the place to purchase our screens. It is manufactured on site and backed by the people who do the manufacturing. I placed my order on February 2 2022 and the screens were installed within 3 weeks by February 18th. In todays environment to have the quality and delivery and pricing as promised is very unusual, and RollingShield had it all. Erika was great and walked us thru the choices. The installers were prompt professional and did a perfect job. The entire experience was much better than one has grown to expect from vendors in South Florida. Add me to the happy customer list. They were great! Thanks
I would recommend this company, they did the job for my roll down screens better than any other company that gave me a proposal, faster and accurately for less money. The job was installed professionally and promptly, no seen wires or electrical conduits as other companies proposed. You can shop around, but these guys are the best, my salesperson Jordan worked on my behalf during the process, came to.me a second time and to help thru the HOA process.

This company is definitely one of best companies out there in the market for rolling shields, good quality , good pricing, knowledgeable sales lady Erika helped me through selection process. I’m very happy with shields as weather gets hotter and I can spend more time in the patio during the summer months.

Overall service was really good. The shutters look very nice and high quality. Installation was good as well, although we had some issues and misunderstanding with the community rules. I did not have to take care of anything, city permits and paperwork was all on the company's hands, which was really nice.
I have just met with Raul Marrero to give me a new quote on my home. He was here about 2 years ago and he remembered everything from his first visit I was surprised. I only did a quarter of my patio because of my budget but he has given me great idea and best cost efficient ways to do it. He completely went out of his way to the best for my project and budget. I will be calling him for sure to finish my patio in the future !!!! Orlando
UPDATE: I left the below review expressing my dissatisfaction with Raul sending the quote we requested directly to our client instead of us & then showing up at their office after we told him not to. He just contacted us threatening to leave us a bad review if we don't delete this review. I tried to reach the sales manager to ask them to control their employee but they just hang up and now won't answer our calls. We don't respond kindly to threats or bullying. This review will not be deleted. Bad business practices. They tried to poach our client quoting them directly after we made it clear they are OUR client and the quote needs to be sent to us. Raul apologized for the misunderstanding but then showed up at our clients office the next day to try and close the deal even though we specially instructed him not to! Our client sent him packing. We don’t do business this way. Shady business practices will get you nowhere. Beware!
