Great product and service was fantastic. From initial discussion to quotation and installation my experience with their staff was extremely good. They were professional, on time, courteous and knowledgeable. They even accommodated my last minute change in spec without additional cost. Would strongly recommended them. Wow great service, product well made and good quality. Technicians friendly, professional and clean. And to top it off they live by their name ‘Affordable’. I had roller blinds installed and they look fantastic & modern. !!!Highly recommend!!!

This is the worst product compared to other brands The owner dosnt take responsibility to come and see the mistakes and problems for the faulty make and install of blinds Receptionist is extremely unhelpful and just keeps giving the contractor msg to come to our house to view the problems Over a year of trying to get him to just turn up I've heard every excuse under the sun The owner dosnt even make it easy to get him to make it a priority to come and see blinds We have had stratco and Australian Outdoor blinds look at our blinds and they have said the work is really poor and the product is cheap Stratco and Australian blinds have way better design and are so easy to organize to come and help

Prices are good, quality is ok. you get what you pay for. A mistake was made with both parties unsure if it was on my end or theres, yet they still resolved the issue at no extra charge. Took a bit of time too but overall great service
