Discovered my hot water system had gone on the Thursday night. Rang Blackmans Bay Plumbing Friday morning and they came to look at the job and gave me a quote over the phone and said they would do the job that afternoon. I told him I would call him back shortly after talking to my partner. Once I had agreed I called him to give him the go ahead but there was no answer, I rand two more times as well as sending a text hoping that I could get the work done so I would have hot water over the weekend. But no answer. So thank you Blackmans Bay Plumbing for the cold showers I will be having over the weekend until I get a PROFESSIONAL company to fix it first thing Monday.
