I am so happy with my order from Black Velvet. The communication through online chat was very easy and efficient.  I asked for a cake i can decorate myself and it was perfect. The delivery was on time and I really couldn't expect any better service. Black Velvet cakes I highly recommend for any occasion.

Amazing selection of cakes, cupcakes and mini cupcakes. The staff are super friendly when ordering and the delivery process was smooth. Updates sent to your phone when they are on their way. Definitely worth it! Ive bought birthday cakes, Christmas themed cakes, wear it purple, Melbourne cup and Easter themed cakes.

I've ordered cupcakes several times now through Black Velvet, most recently to send cupcakes to my Mum who just turned 97 and lives in a nursing home. I live in Europe, so finding a reliable business where I can order on the internet and have a good communication throughout the process is extremely important. I just spoke to Mum and she was absolutely delighted with the birthday cupcakes which she was able to share with my brother and his family, together with the other residents. Not only were they delicious, but they looked absolutely amazing.

The cupcakes I ordered were absolutely incredible, and very warmly received by my team.  My order this time included the low gluten variety so the team members who normally missed out on the normal cakes, this time didn’t. They were delighted at how yummy the cakes were.  I look forward to more of your delicious morsels soon, as I will be ordering again for my team.

This is totally my go to place for my celebrations! I ordered my cake for Birthday and was so tasty and beautiful! My friend also ordered some cupcakes to surprise me without knowing I also ordered from them!  People are just drown to this team!  I ordered on Sunday without expecting they will reply me same day, but yes, they replied just few minutes after! So efficient!  My favorite part is that you can follow delivery guy's live location and be ready to pick it up!  Their website was so easy to manage, and that was my main reason I ordered! I love the fact you can order the cake depending of how many people you have as I was concerned if I'm gonna order the right size.  This one was more than enough!  Also , I loved the way they packed my friend's cupcakes with so cute gift card!  Highly recommend this team!

Black Velvet Sydney made our day! I was a bit hesitant before I ordered my partner's b-day cupcakes because sometimes when I ordered them from other shops, the cupcakes were slightly damaged. However, my experience with Black Velvet Sydney was compleletly different. After I received what I ordered from a delivery man, I could see that he treated them so carefully. There was no damage at all. I love all the items in the birthday package and the cupcakes were very fresh. The cupcakes made my love super happy today. I will definitely revisit the shop and highly recommend Black Velvet Sydney. The delivery man was super kind and gave me unexpected gift too. I felt so grateful. Thank you!

Wish I could give 10 stars! Order was made online only a couple of days before my husband's birthday. Cake presentation was superb! I could smell the caramel aroma even the box was closed. Cake was moist in the centre and caramel dripped right after the cake was cut see photo. Icing was thick. Delicious cake. Looking forward to order soon. Thank you for making the whole experience memorable! 1st time BVC customer.

Such an amazing looking and beautiful tasting cake. I went for the red velvet and it was perfect. The delivery was so easy.  The cupcakes were also amazing some great flavours. I'll definitely be going back for future cake and cupcake purchases. Great work...keep it up! Love, love LOVE

I have ordered from Black Velvet Sydney a few times now as I struggled to find a cake for my friend who is vegan. All I can say is wow.. their cakes are absolutely incredible. We have ordered the vegan cupcakes and cake.  They looks stunning but taste even better. Usually vegan cakes are very dry and flavourless but not from Black Velvet, you honestly can't even tell that no dairy has been used.  I wish I could give more than 5 stars. The service is always amazing and super easy to order from. They are my go to cake makers in Sydney.

I got this as a early valentine's surprise from my husband and I absolutely loved it ! My husband is not that much into cupcakes but he ate half of these . The package looked exactly as picture and cupcakes are delicious.  It was lovely and funny at the same time as I also ordered the exact same cupcake set for him to be delivered next day. I contacted the team and requested if they can change cupcakes for my order and they told me its too late as they are sold out. BUT I was offered free cancellation! This was such a thoughtful gesture and with this, I am now their forever customer.  So 100% for taste and customer service.
