I was really disappointed with the service from this florist. I ordered a double white orchid which I got told they would be able to obtain and deliver to my daughter. The lady also said she would let me know the cost as she wasn't sure of the price of a double orchid (This never happened). When my daughter sent a photo of the orchid it was a large single orchid with a large natural coloured wooden stake. I was not advised that they didn't deliver a double orchid as promised and I felt the stake should have been green like they usually are.

Really excellent service - I sent an enquiry from the website and had a reply within 10 minutes. I had a special delivery request which they helped out with and the arrangement I picked out looked great and is only just now starting to wear out a bit more than 3 weeks after delivery!
