I have been past the store many times and finally had the occasion to get some flowers. I asked the lady at the counter if she could arrange a bouquet for me. She threw me some paper with prearranged designs and when I asked if I could chose my own flowers she asked me what my budget was and she scoffed and said she can't do anything with that. During all this she didn't even look at me and continued doing what she was doing before. So unbelievey rude. For a store that is suppose to sell love in a commercial form, I can't believe anyone could be this rude. I will never be going back and warn others to do so as well.
