Took my car in for a service today 13/01/23 requested for the window wipers to be looked at as for when it rains the wipers go flat out even on misty rain. This has been the second time I’ve asked, was told the first time there was nothing wrong, well mate there is something wrong. Booked the car in 2 weeks prior, Informed the roller needed repairing as per recall. When my husband picked up the Ute he was told they didn’t have the parts, one would think they would of ordered the parts since they had two weeks, or at least tell your receptionist you don’t have parts so she can inform customers. I had always been for Toyota, let my husband talk me into going to  Isuzu what a regret that has been, Toyota were always accommodating they always listened to our concerns and fixed any issues without hesitation, services always done in a timely manner. Not like Isuzu have your car for the entire day to do a service and still not fix the issues. May I add, they have very skilled salespeople to sell you a vehicle. They have not so very skilled people to listen to concerns once you have purchased their vehicle.

Booked vehicle in for service three weeks prior, told to drop off vehicle at 11:30am and would be about 2-3hours which i thought was strange as it  late time of day to drop off, we only have 1 car atm so being school holidays we brought the kids and caught an uber from service centre to closest shopping centre due to us living out of townas dealer doesn’t offer a lift or courtesy car  waited till after 3pm I called for an update, was told my car wasn’t started yet and they couldn’t tell me when it would be finished, advised it could possibly run past business hours. Cancelled the service Caught an uber back and picked up vehicle. Total waste of a day my time and uber trips. Also found they had ripped out the logbook and  started filling out the kms etc although never stamped it. They asked me when i want to rebook and bring back the vehicle! NEVER AGAIN.

Bought a nice second hand Mazda  BT-50. Trade in process was straightforward. Price was good. Overall good place to buy second hand cars.

I have had my ute serviced here twice slow learner I know, as has my father. First time the diff plug was left leaking and I discovered this after driving around for a month or 2. Including long trips. I had also asked for the brakes to be checked, never happened. 2nd service, asked for the brakes to be checked again, never happened. Took recent pictures of the disc which is in obvious need of machining. Dad had a very recent service to find the dipstick had not been clicked in place correctly hence spraying oil everywhere under the bonnet. Will I be returning here?. No. Why because when I have my car serviced I don't think I should have to come home and check that everything was done correctly. If they can't get a simple service right,I would be very concerned about anything more complicated.

I could write a novel, service is not what I would call service. At a service they never picked up the leaking rear main seal even though oil was dripping on the ground when we got it back. Had to wait for a courtesy car because their sales person had the car, late for work then it was dropped off to another business. Got the car back after two days and they had tipped the contents of the console storage on the back seat and didn't put it back.

Just purchased our D max all terrain, very happy with the service we received. Brock took the time to show us all the perks in our new vehicle. Isuzu Blacks took the time to get a quicker delivery than some considering the circumstances COVID caused. Highly recommend

Had the absolute pleasure of purchasing my brand new D-max from the team at Black Isuzu, Les was super helpful and organised everything for me an answered all my questions. Michelle in finance was fantastic, and even took the time to do all my paperwork at my place of work to save we travelling to the showroom to get it done. Can not help but praise them for all their help and will recommend them to anyone who will listen.  10/10 thanks guys!

Hi guy's and girl's, I just want to say a big thankyou to the service department  for your assistance last Thursday 29th and Friday 30th July 2021, in relation to the engine code that My D-max through. The way that you helped my wife and myself during that stressful time was nothing short of fantastic. The service department put my mind at ease and had us on our way to head home on the last 1000km's of our holiday in no time. I would like to thank you all that played a part working on my car. Your service team needs to be congratulated.
