Over the years I have bought and sold several cars with Billy Bunter Autos..from purchase to post sale their customer service is second to none. "Hands down" the best used car dealership in Toowoomba
Trent Gave me Great aftersales service after having a few issues with the car i got. all issues were sorted with Minimal Hassel or Down time. Very happy with my experience Dealing with Billy Bunters.
THIS BUSINESS IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. My little sister came to buy a car and as she doesn’t know much she left it to the “experts” to help with finance. She has a clear credit history never used finance or credit before and works full time. She was recommended someone by her sales rep and told it was an excellent deal. $300/month for 7 years.... for a $14,000 car!!! SO SHE’S PAYING A TOTAL OF $25,200!!! How can any business in good faith rip off a poor young girl by $9000? Someone who doesn’t know a thing about cars or finance and came to you because you are supposed to know better. She was a repeat customer and returned because she loved her first car and the service...and this is what she gets??? Absolutely disgraceful. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I will be telling EVERYONE to avoid and use another dealer where possible.
Amazing service from billy have purchased a car for my self from him and he has helped my husband find his dream ute which he did not think he would be able to find at a decent price. Will recommend him to all my friends and family.
Well where do I start.....Billy did the absolute best to try and help us out with what we were looking for....he kept in contact with us everyday to keep us up to date on what he had or what he could find in brisbane for what we wanted.....eventually we bought a triton from him from the car yard and we couldn't be any happier....we trust his judgement and his advice 100% ....he even answered our queries via phone after hours....we will recommend Billy Bunter to anyone we know who is looking for a vehicle!!! %100 Leanne and Chris
One of the most over priced car yards in qld even for underwhelming vehicles
Went there to look for a car I had seen advertised but it was sold by the time I got there , the next car I went to see was not in as good a condition as I would have expected .
Found my perfect car here, salesman were super friendly and helpful. Awesome deal on my beetle.
