Bistro Chico is a dining space everyone can enjoy with hi-top bar seating and an all-day tapas/bar snack menu available, plus more formal dining for those who prefer to savour the moment, taste every flavour and sip on only the best liquors and wines.
Fast becoming the new must-see venue for those who appreciate quality food, the Bistro Chico menu is heavily influenced by fusion cuisine. Daran and his team have taken the time to ensure the dishes are created using produce which is chosen based on a deep knowledge of seasons and suitability, how it is grown, and the team’s relationship with local suppliers.
