I took a metallic black euro car in for insurance repair. The work took longer than what they originally told us which is fine if the quality high. No it wasn't. After receiving a call to say the vehicle was ready we made the trip in for pickup only to find when we walked around the car that the chrome stripping was missing from the repaired side. So we were left without a car for another day and home we went. The following day we collect the car and drove it home. Once home we open the rear door to find the interior trim has not been refitted. So instead of going back again I finish the job myself. Now a few months later I noticed another section of the interior trim has started pulling away from its mount, I remove it to find it has been snapped during the repairs due to someone rushing and being heavy handed. The paint looks good but the workmanship elsewhere looks like a ham fisted first year apprentice did it! The fancy building makes you think your'e getting a fancy service, don't be fooled!

I am very particular when it comes to my vehicles, these guys tick all the boxes when it comes to service & workmanship. Couldnt ask for more! Great professional job! Thank-you!

Resprayed my whole land cruiser terrible job called insurance company he after 3 months decided to hurry my car through, terrible job , after call to insurance company he put me on priority list , whole respray covered by insurance and he obviously didn't want to loose they're business so finally I get calls back from him !!! Terrible service he had to respray two of my cruisers, now heaps of rust coming out of his repairs , let's see how he responds to this , and he didn't even cover me motor when respraying and he had to pay for cleaner to fix this also and now I have structural rust coming through!!!! Go figure ???

I was told prior to booking my car in that NO bog would be used on my car. Only to be told on pick up "there was no other way the work could be done" Nice touch! We had to use Bog! Very disappointed!
