Beautiful apartments in the heart of Frankston,Morningston Peninsula

The worst place ive ever stayed at..Aside from people screaming at each other EVERY DAY and the place been generally seedy there is no way it would pass a cleaning inspection.Bath had dirt marks from previous people, plug was rusty and a collection of dust..Had squat team turn up for a serious domestic incident so we left.
