Very good customer service!

Dropped by for tea time and had lemon cheesecake and coffee Billy's lounge. The cheesecake was tangy and delicious. Good pastry as well. The hot chocolate was ok. The latte was not bad. Great atmosphere with good seating and tables. Good place for tea time.

Ordered french toast and long black. Long black was decent, however $17 french toast was bland. It looks pretty, but it is very eggy and I can hardly taste any butter or sweetness in it. Just bland. Definitely not worth the $17 price tag

One of the best Parma in Melbourne and staff are super nice. Just need to turn up the music  a little bit  Thank you

Very accommodating of babies/ young children. My friend and I both with babies sat out the front in the mall-seating area. There were lots of other babies/children, so clearly popular with that crowd. Didn't see babies/kids seated inside though, so good for a calm, quiet lunch too. Nice coffee.

Services was good and atmosphere was nice.... but something sharp stuck inside my throat when I had my scrambled egg!

Coffee food and service was all great under trying times with restrictions.
