I had been going to this yoga studio for a few month before the lockdown and it is truly amazing. The teaching instructions are very engaging and powerful. Very supportive community for anyone who wants to get fitness and release stress. It is hard but super good for physical and mental health.

This drastically helped my sciatica and cope with slipped disks when other treatments wouldn't work. Michael and Susan are the heart and soul of this beautiful place. They welcome you and help you get the most out of it. They provide a genuine, restorative, practice for everyone.
