Awesome and friendly service. These guys go the extra mile! They have helped me out several times when I've had unexpected flat tyres which I've really appreciated. Thoroughly recommend.

Great service with helpful and knowledgeable staff. I recently had a warranty issue with my MTB, the support and service from the boys at Bike Addiction and GIANT was second to none. Service and support like this is hard to find and is the reason that I drive past at least six other bike shops to keep my business with them.

Dropped bike in over christmas hols because my normal service guys were shut. Not a great outcome. Told the crank & brakes needed warranty repair but they would not do it (because I didn't buy the bike there - even though it was an OEM part). Anyway took it then to the normal place (Ride in Workshop Balgowlah) where crank was all sorted (and was not warranty repair - just bike servicing) and brakes done.

Over the years I have been to three bike shops in Manly and these guys are the constant deliverers. Whether it is my cruiser or my mountain bike they get the job done in a timely manner, at a reasonable price
