Guy looking after the self service customers seemed drug affected and not interested in helping customers at all. The machine was asking for staff assistance to complete, it was like pulling teeth to get the guy to help and he couldn't even look at what he was doing just came over and pressed some buttons and walked off with the problem still there. Very unprofessional, actually pathetic.
It's winter and I wanted to buy a jumper. Was informed they don't sell them for men. Very poor form. Dozens of options for women. Not one for men. When I asked why, I was given no reason.
They no longer offer a phone service where you can talk to an actual human to find a product in a store. Where has customer service gone? It’s all AI, and then it hangs up on you nWay to lose customers Big W
Not a very good selection of large suitcases. The Big W in Adelaide had a much larger selection and the price was $12 cheaper.
Amazing customer service from Helen in the party supplies area. She was very helpful and really lovely. An asset to the Big W company.
