Big W has just about all you will ever need. Store is clean and tidy staff are helpful and friendly as well as well presented. No stock on trolleys around the store staff help you find things and send you right to them. Check out is easy
Horrible experiences at this big W. Nothing in stock and don't bother asking staff they simply say order online and pay exorbitant freight prices like $30 postage for a pair of socks. Thought I'd try contacting online through Messenger with out-of-stock item but same response just order online and pay postage. If you miraculously find an item on the shelves expect 30 mins delay at checkout very badly run
Received a 1l Stanley flask for a Christmas present. Because I don’t have a receipt, they refused my request to exchange for another more expensive product? Who gets a receipt with a Christmas present? Very ordinary customer service Big W, very very, ordinary!

One of my go to stores when in Cairns. They only gripe I have is that it always seems to be very warm in the store. Makes me want to get in and get out quick

This Big W is great, large store, great variety of stock, been lucky as when I shop there the staff are very attentive.
Everything is great when they have it in stock. Wish they had another store close by
$29 scanned at $39 who else is getting ripped off?
