Fantastic customer service! Very clean and spacious storage units.

They were very helpful, we got a space that allows me to move in and out very easily.

The single garage size storage unit on the ground floor was very convenient to store excess furniture while selling my house, and then storing and selling furniture which I wasn't taking to my new house. Just a couple of things to be aware of - storage units are in high demand so it's expensive, over $100 per week! Secondly, there is no lighting inside the actual storage unit itself. The access corridors are lit but make sure you take a good light with you if you have to visit at night. And thirdly, you can't visit your unit 24 hours a day, only until about 7.30pm, which I found very inconvenient and you might too if you have limited time and want to get work done at night.

Rebecca was great to deal with when deciding on a suitable size storage unit. She took the time to show me various size units & explain the process after choosing a unit. I highly recommend Big Orange Storage.

Great friendly service very professional and outstanding facility

I called this company a day before Australia, desperate for storage for my possessions as I had to move out.  Rebecca who spoke with me went above and beyond with Her customer service and made me feel more at ease in general. She offered to stay back after hours to accomodate me and was quick and punctual in explaining the details of renting storage space.  I will highly recommend this Company and hope to continue renting storage space through them, genuinely.  Thankyou Rebecca.

From the initial inquiry to obtaining a sheltered space for my vehicle the service was excellent. I dealt with Rebecca and her manner and approach was excellent. The premises is very secure, well monitored and very clean. 24/7 access is suitable for fly in - fly out and those needing secure storage. Thank you very much.
