Rang and ordered a half ribs and asked the chips to be crispy and in separate packaging. Man says 20 mins so we get there exactly in 20 mins. Park out front and wife runs in, comes out says two Chinese staff showed no customer service and dumped food on counter. She pays and we drive down to beach to eat by ocean. Open up packaging and discover cold ribs and wet inedible soggy chips. Ring the shop and guy says sorry man that’s the way it is. Feel like driving up there and pouring it on his counter. So so average absolute scammers
Appalling! They took my money online when I ordered and then a message appeared that my order has been canceled and it would take several days to refund. I called them to try and get them to honour the order but said they did not have the fish and chips I wanted. They were exceptionally unhelpful and refused to refund me. I am still waiting for my refund!
We were a group of 10 people and the only customers there. We ordered and some group of people arrived after us and got their order before. At the end we waited for more than 50min. The burger was terrible, the meat was too salty, I even found some onion skin at my burger.
What a gem! Huge portions of great fresh delicious food! Service was outstanding! We will be back for sure!
I was told the burgers at this place were really good but I ordered the pork ribs, had one rib and couldn’t finish them the taste was weird and the meat didn’t seem fresh.
Nice food and friendly staff who seem dedicated to their job, I'll be back surely
