Large open area to use, kitchen, fans.  Fridge. Huge outdoor area each side

Good facilities,  with nice compact room,  playground and near the river.  Only down side is the person organising the bookings.  Refused to allow a 40th birthday party on the belief it was not permitted.  However,  two other centres said it was fine.  Only available for under 12's and over 60's.  Forced to go to a pub.
