I was extremely happy with the service and advice that i was given when i went to Hawthorn Road Pharmacy, They were very polite and  respected my privacy when i wanted information about my medication. I will definitely go back to this pharmacy and the staff were so professional and caring. Would recommend anyone go to see them for any advice.

Alan is a friendly, helpful pharmacist.  He is knowledgeable and tries to offer the best product for the customer.  I am a long standing customer, and always happy to return.  As an example, when I recently left a number of scripts before opening time, Alan asked if I needed the medications delivered.  

I understand Krisztina's complaint but in response, Alan is often preparing scripts for patients / customers who have, as I have, left scripts to be filled.  There is 1 reason why a business does not drop everything but schedules tasks - 1. Quality.  When a task is critical (would you want your meds filled incorrectly??) interrupting it will lead to errors.  Alan may have been filling a Webster pack where he is actually setting out the tablets for patients.
