They work with you and allow you to make the final decisions while giving honest input it's really what I needed  I was happy to have them involved with the care of my cat who suffered bladder cancer. They listened to what I wanted to try and honestly I don't think my boy would have made it as long as he did just under a year with his condition if they didn't  terrific vets
