Absolutely fabulous customer service at this branch. Successfully opened business account which entailed one on one interview overseen by branch manager, and yes he took time out of his day to hear about my new venture and showed genuine interest. The staff are so friendly and helpful, you don't get that from the big 4. Best part is that Bendigo Bank profits go back into the community which is awesome.
