Recently visited this branch for a personal loan and was fortunate enough to have Jaimie to help. There was no mucking around, everything was quick and painless and Jaimie went above and beyond to help. If I could give her a 11/10 I would, top service.
I strongly believed that everyone is entitle to have their own privacy. The staff should not yell out the account balance for everyone to hear. Its only proper to write it down for for respect and privacy. Should train your staff for this.
Go to deposit cash last weekend and the only ATM machine stops working. Since branches are closing down or not opening on the weekends, atleast you could consider having multiple ATMs just so in case one breakdowns. My daughter couldn't receive my money and it was quite embarrassing having to explain why
We set up a local meeting with Rana at Anz pialba. We provided the information to set up a business account. Approximately 3 days later The account information came through and guess what? It’s incorrect. Now we have to go through the rigmarole of correcting it. Very frustrating when we specifically wrote out, in person, to Rana the account name. Not sure how this was changed but not happy at all ANZ. A great example of incompetence within the ranks of ANZ Management.
Worst branch i have ever been in , people lined up out the door , 1 counter open , waited 25 minutes to take out cash.. Ask why only 1 counter open answer was other one is broken.. 2 days ago it was working asked the same question and same answer the other side is broken .. Get your branch organised...
I just received the best banking service from ANZ Pialba team! They are friendly, welcoming, helpful and provide a great customer service. Jarrah White was the consultant I was directed to and she went above and beyond to help me. She was very professional, caring and above all, a great human being! Jarrah, thank you for your great service! Also thanks to Tamara for her friendly customer service! Highly recommend!
Though this branch has decent customer service. ANZ as a whole is on of the most incompetent banking institutions I've ever dealt with. I am 100% displeased with my buisness with ANZ and will be leaving this horrible bank and never returning. I'd advise everyone to stay away from ANZ as they are incompetent and in no way do they care about you as a client.
ANZ Pialba - gave them 1 star because there's nothing lower, customer service is 0, have our mortgage here and tried for six weeks to have the excess we have paid off taken from the principal so we can't get at it, took three visits and multiple calls, eventually it happened. Checked my bank this morning and it's all been undone. FOOLS...ohh and don't try calling direct, no-one answers the phone, but they will call you back ....sure...
Great new branch with modern facilities including free Wi-Fi, very friendly staff who provide fantastic customer service.
Customer service and speed, of the 5 teller spots four customer one business there is only ever 2 running no matter how long the line is making it very slow, to the point slowest bank I've been in
