Old ways of banking, I am so annoyed that 2 branches have completely different policies. Such a waste of time. Just to deposit cash, such a long procedure. The tellers were sitting idle and refuse to do anything. Def going to the cheltenham branch where the staff are helpful. So much of being a community bank!!
Probably the worst Bendigo bank in Melbourne. Don’t even know how they are still open they don’t help you with anything
