Belmont Kebab and Pizza is a solid local spot for filling comfort food. I recently tried their halwa puri, which came with channay and aloo, and overall it was really satisfying. The halwa was sweet and comforting, the puri was soft and fresh, and the channay and aloo were full of flavour. Portion sizes were generous and it definitely felt like proper desi-style comfort food.nnI also tried one of their pizzas and it was surprisingly good well topped, tasty, and perfect if you’re in the mood for something hearty rather than fancy.nEverything tasted good, though I did feel some of the dishes were slightly on the oily side. It wasn’t a deal-breaker, but cutting back a little on the oil would make the food even better.nnService was friendly and quick, and the overall vibe is very casual and relaxed. Prices are reasonable for the amount of food you get, which is always a plus.nnOverall, it’s a good option around Belmont if you’re craving halwa puri, kebabs, or a quick pizza. Not a fancy place, but definitely worth trying for a filling meal.
We had a wonderful lunch today!nnThe servings were massive, the staff and owners were friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious.nnWe all left with a takeaway and big smiles on our faces.nnFrom the outside, it might look like a typical kebab place, but inside, there are plenty of tables for a large gathering.nnLocated just outside Belmont Place, it’s a must-try if you’re craving authentic Middle Eastern food.
I had high hopes for my chicken pizza order from Belmont Kebab and Pizza, but what arrived was a major letdown. Both large pizzas were overwhelmingly covered in cheese—to the point where the chicken and veggies were practically invisible. It felt like I was eating a cheese pizza with a hint of other ingredients, rather than a balanced, flavorful meal.nnEach bite was a greasy, heavy experience, and the sheer quantity of cheese made it impossible to enjoy the pizza. I managed only a few bites before giving up. The disappointment was real; I was expecting a tasty pizza with a good mix of ingredients, but instead, I got a cheese overload that ruined the entire meal.
Dine in with my kids today and the service is very poor. We had to wait nearly 1 hour for our food to come. I followed up the food with the waitress while she was cleaning a table and she just ignored my concern by saying yes it’s coming it’s coming despite the information i told her that we are already waiting for 30 minutes since we placed our order. Luckily the cashier noticed us and approached us and asked if we already placed our order. Only then they started to pay attention that there is something wrong with their system that our order was not processed. If only the waitress pay attention to our concern the first time we approached her we will not wait for an hour. Very disappointed since I came with my kids who are starving then had to wait nearly an hour for our food to be served.
Very disappointing Iftar buffet experience. The food quality was below average, most items were cold and tasteless. The restaurant was overcrowded and poorly managed — long queues everywhere. For the price they charge, the experience was not worth it at all. Definitely not coming back.
