Bakers of naturally leavened bread and french pastries.

Story

We are a small artisan bakery. We produce top quality French pastries, such as croissants and danishes, and naturally leavened bread.

Our breads are made with 100% organic flour.

We use only free-range eggs, and as many local and organic products as we can.

You can find our products at the following places -

*Riccarton House Farmers' Market - Saturday 9am-1pm
*Mt Pleasant Farmers Market - Saturday 9.30 - 12.30pm
*Opawa/St. Martins Market - Sunday 9am - 12pm
*The Harbour Co-op (formerly Lyttel Piko), Lyttelton - Deliveries Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.
*Piko - Delivery on Thursday
* Cooper and Co at The Colombo - Pastries delivered Thursday - Sunday
* Lucy's Online Market - Selwyn District, Friday Deliveries
* Also pastries are baked onsite by the team at Passengers and Co, 92 Russley Rd.

An awesome little bakery tucked in the corner of the Tannery, you can see them rolling bread and they have a small selection of hot or cold food available for a quick lunch I love the sausage rolls!nThe bread loaves taste great and crossaints can't be past up either, friendly team and always a plesant experience. One of the best bakery in Christchurch with no doubt. Highly recommended the fruit Danish with filter coffee. The fruit Danish taste very naturel with just right amount of sweetness. The filter coffee is beautiful. Tbh, I can find a better croissant in town but the one is not bad, a bit dry today. The vibes is chill and relax. Love it and definitely will come and try others~~
My favourite bakery Christchurch - the blueberry danish and the almond croissant are perfection. Also a massive fan of the porridge sourdough and the tempeh sandwich. If you love bread you’ll love this place!
Brioche is only available over the weekend. Good pastries especially danish, plain croissant; almond croissant didn’t have as much as filling as other bakeries.
Yummy food but cabinet food is always limited or sold before lunchtime has even arrived. Dont bother going much now due to this reason even though the food is delicious
