Nice clean venue, great cafe with lots of choice and reasonable price. Music was very loud in the cafe area making it hard to have a conversation.nnI don’t like that you can’t see the kids from the cafe. Made it hard to relax and have a coffee while kids were out of sight.nnThe train is $5 a ride. I feel with the price of admission they could let the kids have 1 free ride, nobody was on the train as clearly a lot of parents thought the same!nnWas difficult to get a park. Advertised as no BYO food, however lots took lunchbox’s and this was not policed
My Daughter had her 4th birthday party here yesterday and she absolutely was thrilled. She told me it was the best day ever and her friends and the parents all had a great time too. Bella’s did a great job of catering and the party host i booked was a great help. Even a couple of kids didn’t show up so they offered me cafe credit or merchandise credit. i am very happy with the day how it turned out and i would recommend Bella’s as a fantastic party venue. Also, they always do everything beautifully and the table decorations and setting were certainly beautiful. Thank you so much Bella’s Wonderland and staff
The place is filthy, and the food is overpriced. I honestly can't understand why in the public areas, everyone is required to wear socks instead of shoes. The floor is especially dirty, grimy, and it’s just unbearable.nnThe furniture used seems nice at first glance, but they clearly didn’t account for all the nooks and crannies in the furniture that collect dust and dirt over time. No one seems to be maintaining or tidying up the areas where the children play either—it's an absolute mess, almost as if the place had been ransacked. Every corner looks particularly chaotic and dirty.nnFrom what I can tell, this could have been a great, comfortable environment, but instead, it feels like a disorganized, dirty space. It’s no surprise that there weren’t many people there during my visit, and I certainly won’t be bringing my child here again.nnIn the photos, you can see the unsightly state of the floors and the neglected, untidy play areas. Despite having decent furniture, the place is not being properly cleaned or maintained.
Absolute appalling the amount of people they let into the venue. Attended a birthday party today the place was extremely over crowded, how people can watch there kids when it’s like this is impossible. After hearing what my friend paid for the party I would not recommend. Clearly they do not cap the amount of people they allow in because this was ridiculous. Have attached photos to show.nAlso you can’t wear shoes in the venue only socks, this is disgusting if you need to use the toilet area. Very unhygienic.nnSo over priced! And just money gauging by letting so many people in.
Very rare to have an awesome and clean kids indoor playground like the Bella’s Wonderland.nThere was even a dress up section on the second floor, and my daughter absolutely loved it.nnIt was clean, and all staffs were very nice.nnWish there was a bit more healthier menu for the kids to choose.
