My family and myself have been attending the Bell Street Family Medical Centre for many years now and have always found the staff and doctors to be professional, considerate and caring. Every time I visit Doctor Salib I get excellent service from him. Doctor Salib is very attentive to his patients’ needs and takes his time and always very clear and thorough with his approach. Dr Salib is an excellent GP. The reception staff are also very polite and professional. We have never had a bad experience in all the years we have been attending. A Highly recommended family medical clinic!

The doctors here are useless especially Salib he is useless on a whole nother level they are rude and couldn't't help me with a simple script. Clearly have an attitude problem.

I had the most terrible experience for my first visit at this clinic today. I booked a covid vaccination appointment for my 5 year old son. After waiting for half an hour, Dr Salib called us in he had no communication with us at all and just took out the needle not even wearing gloves or any hygiene procedure being taken. My son looked at him and seemed so nervous that I had to calm and convince him to do the jab. Instead of helping me to comfort him, the doctor just told us in a rude tone that if he moved the needle would be broken and hard to take out from his arm that made my son felt even more worried. Then the doctor impatiently called me to sit with my son and also grabbed my hand rough to hold his elbow still. I was shocked how the doctor treats the patient with no care and my son started to cry and refused to have the vaccination that stressed me quite a bit too as I am pregnant. The doctor just left in the end and said my son wasn't ready. Later my son told me he felt very scared of the doctor and he wasn't gentle or kind like other doctors/nurses who did the vaccination for him. I feel the same and I will definitely not go to that clinic again. Taking young children to do the vaccination could already be bit stressful hope the doctor will treat their patients with some respect and care.

Dr Khoury is a wonderful Doctor. He leaves no issue not addressed. Dr Khoury is extremely thorough. You do need to book in advance and may have to wait to see him but 100% worth it. Gordana Pracice Nurse is fantastic. Sergio, Psychologist is wonderful. He helps teach life skills, Sergio helps you address problems at your own pace. And works in with you. Does for me. My life has light at the end of the tunnel now. Receptionists are so patient and understanding. Nisrin, Rose, Natalie, the entire team work hard to help as best they can. The Clinic offer many services. A gem in our community.

The appointments go on time if you have an appointment. Most of the reception staff are friendly and nice.   However all GPS there are understanding and listens well.  If you don’t have a Medicare, price is still reasonable in comparison to other clinics.

Dr Yousef Khoury is by far the best doctor I have ever been to. His knowledge and manner are great. He takes the time to ask the right questions to figure out exactly what is wrong with you. He won't hesitate to send you for further tests if there is an issue and he does not dismiss or assume. He doesn't take the easy way out like some doctors do and he I feel like he knows everything about everything! Our family doctor for years and if i have something wrong, I have no doubt he will figure it out. There is a wait to see him, but that's because he is that good!!

Dr khoury would have to be one off the best doctors in Melbourne, and I've been to many, I live about a 35 min drive from the clinic and still end up going back to him because it's very hard to find better.

DON'T USE THIS PLACE ! Worst service ever. Why make a appointment?  When they always run at least 45 minutes behind.  When asked was told your next. 4 people later still get told the same.

refused treatment for a chronic pain condition because the doctor doesn't like painkillers. told me to go to the beach instead. wouldn't bother coming here at all
