Was doing some gardening at a rental property, and plugged in a hose only to have water blast everywhere from the tap. Thought at first it was the hose connector, but then found the galvanized iron pipe behind in the wall had rusted and fallen apart.

Called a number of plumbers in an emergency but had no luck. Ended up trying Bell and got through to Chris. He came through about an hour later. Replaced the pipe, tap and mains connector in unfavorable conditions (had to access the pipe from an unlit storage room under the house). Rate was reasonable for an emergency callout. Will keep Chris on speed dial for future.

Fantastic plumbing company willing to give you the time of day even if the call wont lead to a sale. Highly recommend them

This is the second time this year I have had to call them out in the middle of the night. They have turned up promptly both times and fixed the disaster. Price is great and always friendly service.

I would select zero stars if I could select it. Currently I’ve been without hot water for 6 days now thank you to Bell Plumbing. I have found their customer service and one of their trades mans knowledge on hot water systems absolutely atrocious!!!

Plumber came out for a waterwise certificate, quoted $88, a few aerators (which are cheap) had to be installed in the process (which took maybe 10 mins more overall) and another $100 was added to the invoice.
