Had a burst water pipe.  Within an hour a quick inspection from Dave the plumber who then advised to use a water detection specialist to locate leak as it was under a thick concrete slab.  Early next morning, Dave and an apprentice got on the job by cutting the concrete slab where the leak was marked, replaced pipe and then re-did the concrete slab. All done within 5 hours.  Very relieved and happy with the fix.  Friendly and easy to deal with.  Price was reasonable.  Thank you.

The plumber was extremely quick to fix the problem. All fixed in less than an hour. Very reasonable price for time spent on the job. The plumber was very informative about the plumbing issue and did an excellent job. 
Definitely will be using your service again in the future.

We had some very noisy water pipes which were making a very loud banging sound. Very hard to sleep when the washing machine was GOING.! Other plumbers couldn't fix the issue after paying a lot of money. Alliance fixed it in less than an hour. Great experience and highly recommended!

We used Alliance for our flats for nine (or thereabouts) years.  They were always prompt to come out and fix the problem. Not the cheapest but the quick response was worth it for happy tenants.

We had a couple of large jobs that needed doing and used other firms because Alliance's quotes were too much, one was 40% less, the other was 25% less. That's OK, we accept that Aliance has larger overheads than those firms.

Then we had a blocked basin. They came and poured acid down the pipe which didn't fix it and said pipes needed to be replaced because of rust build-up.  Sent a bill for that visit ($60  + service call, ta very much), plus a quote for $680 to replace 4M of easily accessable pipes. 

When I went to the property a few days later I noticed the inspection plug in the first elbow hadn't been touched, it was painted brass so any work would have been obvious.  Opened it to find a wad of dental floss wrapped around a couple of cotton bud sticks, removed it and the pipe cleared. Looked in the pipes and there was no visible rust build up.

The manager argued with me when I rang, said no-one ever looks at the i/o's any more, and that acid is the proper way to fix the problem, said I didn't know what I was talking about when I said his guy should have checked the inspection outlet.  

So that's how they lost a long time customer.

Alliance helped my grandmother with some plumbing issues in her home, my grandmother felt very pleased with the service, rates and manner of the tradesman so much that she gave him a slice of cake with some coffee
